i love her voice and how un-formulated her songs are.
its refreshing not hearing “verse chorus verse bridge chorus verse chorus” for every song. they just flow into a nice pretty party that i actually got invited too.

so the other day i got these tracks from mark. then i listened to
them at work. then i took them home and got really really stoned from
eating pot brownies. then after listening to these tracks over and
over i decided that her voice is kind of annoying and this music is
kind of pretentious.
the truth: i did none of these things. i did listen to the tracks
though. and they’re okay. in small doses. her voice is a bit nasily,
but i like her lyrics. interested to hear what she does in the studio
with a band.

saying ‘look you in the e(belch)ye…..’
